Who are we?

Our CEO and owner Irina Johnson has been in the custom home building business in the Jacksonville Beaches area for over 20 years. Aria Homes was named the #1 Upscale Homebuilder on The Jacksonville Business Journal's 2023 Book of Lists. We are woman-owned and veteran-owned, and have numerous awards and accolades, but the only thing that really matters to us is that we love creating beautiful and unique homes.

We work with some of the most creative architects and designers in the area to build some of the most striking and distinctive homes in our community. We live and work in Ponte Vedra Beach and love the eclectic design possibilities offered by PVB and the surrounding Beaches communities. If you are considering building a home or undertaking an extensive remodeling project in the area, we'd love to hear from you.
